CarsonBot is operated by Tech Guys Fix Marketing, LLC. This page documents exactly how end users consent to receive text messages from us, what they see when they opt in, and how they opt out.
When a visitor books an appointment through our website chat assistant, the booking confirmation step shows the optional consent checkbox below. It is unchecked by default; text messages are sent only if the visitor actively checks it, and the booking completes normally without it. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This is a live rendering of the exact step end users see:
Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per appointment). Message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Terms · Privacy Policy
Callers who dial our business number and book with our phone assistant are read the following script before the call ends:
“One last thing — with your OK, we’ll text you your booking details and appointment updates, typically just a few messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP to those texts for help, or STOP at any time to opt out. Would you like to receive these texts — yes or no?”
Text messages are sent only if the caller answers yes. The yes/no answer and its timestamp are logged with the call transcript as proof of consent.
