1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CarsonBot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CarsonBot is a lead qualification and appointment booking platform that allows you to create conversational flows, qualify leads, and book appointments through an embeddable chat widget.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

CarsonBot offers a 14-day free trial followed by paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Scale). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Billing is handled securely through DodoPayments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to collect information illegally
• Transmit spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content through flows
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (flows, messages, configurations). You grant us a license to host and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consent from end users interacting with your flows.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Stripe, DodoPayments, Zoom, Twilio, SendGrid). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
